Locum Job OpportunitySMART is actively recruiting for a locum CRNAto provide coverage for a client of ours in Indiana. Coverage is needed as soon as credentialedand ongoingfrom there.Qualifications:-Active Indiana license preferred or willing to get a license.-ACLS, BLS, PALS (AHA Certified)-Must provide a minimum of 250 caselogs each year for the last two years.Job Summary:-Shift times: 7a-3p or 7a-5p-Call Details (if applicable): 5p-7a on weekdays and 24 hour on weekends. Post call day off for providers taking call during the week.-Case types:General, Endo, Ortho and Joint Replacement, Urology, Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, ENT, Radiology with Anesthesia-Coverage per day: 7 providers a day at this site, including MDs and AAsAdditional Details: -PRN dates available as well. 40 hr/week guarantee for full week coverage-EMR: EPICBenefits of Working with SMART:-Competitive hourly rates-SMART covers malpractice insurance-Paid travel and accommodationsPlease contact Tess Bergin at or to learn more about this opportunity, or to hear about other openings that we may have available.Know someone who would be a good fit for this position?
