We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Oncology Physician to deliver exceptional inpatient and outpatient oncology services, lead a multidisciplinary team, and make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes. Required Skills: Proven experience and comfort in inpatient malignant medical oncology and hematology consultations Strong clinical knowledge in medical oncology and hematology Ability to manage a high patient volume of 20-25 patients per day Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills Proficiency in procedures related to malignant and benign oncology cases Competence to supervise advanced practice providers and lead a multidisciplinary team Nice to Have Skills: Prior experience in hospital-based oncology practice Familiarity with hospital privileges at United Hospital, Abbott Northwestern, and Mercy Hospital Experience with outpatient and inpatient documentation within same-day timelines Ability to participate in coverage for outpatient services if needed Preferred Education and Experience: Board Certification in Oncology and Hematology Valid Minnesota Medical License or In-Transit Medical License Certification (IMLC) Minimum of 3 years of oncology practice experience, with inpatient and consult scope Other Requirements: Credentialing within approximately 90 days Willingness to work Monday through Friday, plus overnight on-call from home Availability to start as soon as possible Flexibility to support special procedures and hospital privileges Ability to adapt to various hospital settings and collaborate seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team Travel/License reimbursements applicable when necessary Compensation: Hourly Pay Rate: $463.13 We offer competitive pay packages, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), a robust referral bonus program, and dedicated 24/7 support from our team to ensure your success.
