    Job Title: Internal Medicine Hematology and Oncology (Full-Time, Permanent) Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Hematology and Oncology specialist to join our team in a full-time, permanent capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced provider committed to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care within a dynamic healthcare environment. The successful candidate will participate in diagnosing, managing, and treating patients with a broad spectrum of hematologic and oncologic conditions, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with hematologic and oncologic disorders. Provide ongoing management and monitoring of patient progress, adjusting treatment protocols as needed. Prescribe and oversee chemotherapy, immunotherapy, transfusions, and supportive care measures. Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and expected outcomes. Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with institutional and regulatory standards. Engage in clinical discussions, multidisciplinary team meetings, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Participate in clinical research and academic activities as appropriate. Qualifications: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology and Oncology. Valid medical license to practice in the state of Oregon. Proven experience in managing hematology and oncology patients. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
