- Active Massachusetts License or in Process
- Joining two providers in an office located one block from hospital
- Call is 1 in and 3 for weekdays and 1 in 4 on weekends
- Average of about 20 to 30 patients per day in clinic
- Weekend call 1:3 rotated every 3rd weekend
