Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Urologist (MD/DO) for a permanent position in Goldsboro, North Carolina. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, hospital-employed urology practice offering a full spectrum of urologic services in a welcoming community setting.Position: Permanent MD/DO UrologistLocation: Goldsboro, North CarolinaKey Responsibilities:Diagnose and treat a broad range of urologic conditions, including kidney stones, prostate issues, urinary incontinence, erectile dysfunction, and urologic cancers.Perform both outpatient procedures and inpatient surgeries, including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted techniques.Participate in outpatient clinic, inpatient consults, and surgical procedures.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and primary care providers to deliver coordinated care.Share in equitable call coverage.Qualifications:Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology (MD/DO).Eligible for medical licensure in the state of North Carolina.Experience with robotic-assisted surgery is a plus but not required.Strong clinical skills and commitment to patient-centered care.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary with RVU-based productivity incentives.Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.Malpractice insurance with tail coverage.CME stipend and paid CME time.Generous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.Student loan repayment assistance available.Enjoy a rewarding surgical career with excellent support and resources in Goldsboro, NCan affordable, family-friendly community within driving distance to Raleigh and the Carolina coast.
