A membership-based primary group seeks family medicine physicians to serve the primary care needs of patients of all ages and clinics that focus on geriatric medicine. Clinics are located in a variety of locations around the Phoenix area. Highlights Membership-based primary care with more than 180 locations across twenty-eight cities and counting! Practice model is designed to see fewer patients daily and spend more time engaging in thoughtful decision-making with a team-based approach.
