    Brunswick, Maine: Rare opportunity for a skilled GASTROENTEROLOGIST to practice in a dynamic college town on the coast just 30 minutes from Portland. This is an easy commute from some of Portlands most desirable suburbs (Falmouth, Yarmouth, Cumberland, Freeport, etc.). Come to one of Maines newest hospitals a busy 94-bed community hospital, and part of Maines largest healthcare system situated on 150 acres of beautifully wooded land near Cooks Corner/Route 1, a popular shopping/dining district.New Fellowship graduates, and physicians needing J1/H1b visa support, are encouraged go apply.Join an established, full-scope GI practice with an efficient, collaborative team of 2 Physicians and 2 NPs. This is a full time position (40 hours) with shared call. You will have outpatient and operative work, with the functions located in adjacent buildings (surgery in the hospital, clinic in their state-of-the-art digestive health center). Hospitalists manage admissions and inpatient consults are shared with the NPs.This nonprofit is anchored by the states largest hospital (a 600+ bed academic medical center with a GI Fellowship) plus several community hospitals.
