Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Urologist (MD/DO) for a permanent position in Findlay, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing urology practice within a modern healthcare system dedicated to comprehensive patient care.Position: Permanent MD/DO UrologistLocation: Findlay, OhioKey Responsibilities:Diagnose and treat a full range of urologic conditions including kidney stones, prostate disorders, urinary incontinence, and urologic cancers.Perform both inpatient and outpatient procedures, including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgeries.Provide clinical care in the outpatient clinic and hospital setting.Participate in shared call rotation and hospital consult coverage.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care.Qualifications:Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology (MD/DO).Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Ohio.Proficiency in general urologic procedures; robotic surgery experience a plus.Strong clinical and communication skills with a commitment to patient-centered care.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary with productivity and call incentives.Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.Malpractice insurance with tail coverage.CME stipend and dedicated CME time.Generous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.Loan repayment assistance negotiable.Join a respected and growing urology team in Findlay, OH, and enjoy a rewarding surgical career in a supportive, community-focused environment.
