    Shift Description:
    • PRN Basis: As needed basis
    • Shifts: TBD
    • Half Day: 4 hours or less
    • Full Day: 4-8 hours
    Job Details:
    • Start Date: ASAP - Ongoing
    • Board Certification: Required
    • Certification Eligibility: Board Eligible
    • State License: South Dakota
    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Perform a combination of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury exams.
    • Conduct interview-based assessments with physical evaluations including range of motion and muscle strength testing.
    • Evaluate traumatic brain injuries and other neurological conditions.
    • No prescribing or treatment required.
    • Utilize a Goniometer for assessments.
    • Familiarity with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio conditions required.
    • Proficiency in METs testing and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions.
    • Must own a personal laptop (NO Apple Laptops/MACs).
    • Training provided for all Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs).
    • Submit Reporting/DBQs within 48 hours upon exam completion, adhering to standardized form requirements.
    • Evaluations to be completed in provider portal and records are reviewed.
    • Provider needed: more than 5
    Additional Requirements:
    • Board Certification or eligibility in Neurology, Neurosurgery, or PM&R.
