Management Analyst
GVI, Inc, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Management Analyst for the NAWCAD / NAVAIR Central Travel Agency Team onsite at Naval Air Station Patuxent River in Lexington Park, MD. This position provides leadership, management, reporting, and recruiting for the NAWCAD / NAVAIR Central Travel Agency (CTA) including oversite of the Authorization Review Team, Claims Review Team, and Help Desk. Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide daily direct supervision of support for the Defense Travel System and its user community.
- Analyze and track requirements, program/project status, budget, and schedules.
- Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
- Perform management, technical, or business case analyses.
- Collect, complete, organize and interpret data relating to CTA.
- Research, analyze and report travel quality assurance metrics in daily, weekly and monthly CDRL Reports.
- Apply Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
Position Requirements:
- US Citizen.
- Ability to pass background check and investigation for Public Trust.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 8 years of Leadership / Client Relations / Customer Care Experience.
- Demonstrated high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (to include MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
- Experience with the Defense Travel System (DTS), Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and Joint Federal Travel Regulations (JFTR) preferred
- Service Now Assistance Portal (SNAP) and help desk experience is a plus.
- Ability to work until 5:00 PM.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Must possess strong time management skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
Position located in Patuxent River, MD. Rate: $38.46 - $45.67/ hour
