The CSSO will be responsible for implementing and enforcing security policies, coordinating personnel access, and ensuring compliance with government directives and contract requirements. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of secure facility protocols./ph3Key Duties/h3ulliImplement and enforce security policies within classified environments/liliCoordinate personnel access and maintain compliance with government directives/liliOversee secure facility operations and ensure adherence to contract requirements/liliManage access control systems, visitor management, and video monitoring systems/liliConduct security briefings and training for staff and visitors/liliMonitor and maintain SCIF access procedures in accordance with ICD 705 standards/liliRespond to and resolve security incidents and violations promptly/liliPrepare and maintain accurate security documentation and reports/liliSupervise security personnel and provide leadership during daily operations/liliLiaise with government security representatives to ensure compliance and resolve issues/li/ulh3Requirements/h3ulli3+ years of experience in physical security, access control, or military/law enforcement/lili2+ years in a supervisory or site lead role within a secure or classified environment/liliKnowledge of ICD 705, SCIF access procedures, and secure operations protocols/liliActive TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance/liliFamiliarity with access control systems, VMS, and visitor access protocols/li/ulh3Compensation/h3ulliCompetitive Hourly Pay/liliBenefits/li/ulpQuestions?
