    *US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED* *TOP SECRET CLEARANCE WITH SCI ELIGIBILITY REQUIRED* *THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD* DESCRIPTION OF POSITION/DUTIES: All Points is seeking an Acquisition Program Support professional to support the United States Space Force (USSF) at Cape Canaveral Space Station and Patrick Space Force Base (PSFB), FL. This is a contingent hire pending contract award and requires an active, current, and fully adjudicated US Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility. *THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD* The selected candidate will support acquisition and program management activities enabling the full spectrum of Space Force mission areas, including AATS Range operations; Spacelift / Access; Servicing, Mobility, and Logistics (SML); Space and Launch Vehicle Research and Development (R&D); and Space Rapid Capabilities Office (SpRCO) initiatives. This role supports mission execution by assisting with planning, budgeting, and advocacy efforts that ensure assured access to space and delivery of advanced capabilities to the warfighter. Duties may include but are not limited to: * Provide acquisition and program management support to United States Space Force programs and initiatives. * Support National Security Space Launch (NSSL), Rocket Systems Launch Program (RSLP), Launch and Test Range Systems (LTRS), Space Mobility, or Point ? to ? Point Delivery programs. * Support Department of Defense Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes. * Work with all colors of money across multiple funding streams. * Develop and support program cost estimates and budget documentation. * Prepare Program Objective Memorandum (POM) inputs and supporting materials. * Develop position papers and advocacy documentation in support of program investments. * Coordinate with government and contractor stakeholders to support program execution. * May be required to work after hours or travel as dictated by mission requirements. * Communicate work using SMART principles. EDUCATION: * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: * Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience SKILLS/CERTIFICATIONS: * Program management experience supporting DoD or Space Force programs. * Experience supporting NSSL, RSLP, LTRS, Space Mobility, or Point ? to ? Point Delivery programs. * Experience working within the DoD PPBE process. * Experience developing cost estimates, budget submissions, and program advocacy materials. * PMP certification preferred. * Available to work after hours when mission requires. Travel may be required. * Communicate work using SMART. SECURITY CLEARANCE: * US Citizenship required * Active, current, and fully adjudicated (no interim) US Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
