We are currently looking to hire an experienced SIGING Requirements expert to support SIGCOM (National SIGINT Committee). in this role you will collaborate with SIGINT customers and collection managers to facilitate entry of Information Needs (IN's) into the National SIGINT Requirements Process (NSRP), and assist in the development and training for NSRP users through SIGCOM. You will also attend and support SIGCOM and Council activities to maintain cognizance of IN policies in order to facilitate the validation of IN's across subcommittees. Requirements: Within the past 5 years worked within the global SIGINT enterprise or at one or more SIGINT customer agencies performing at least one of the following:
    Developing and managing SIGINT INs / intelligence needs requirements as a SIGINT collection manager in support of national military and /or law enforcement customers
    Creating collection strategies, identifying intelligence gaps, drafting and submitting collection requirements to fill gaps, and maintaining currency of all requirements over time
    Conducting formal or hands-on training/OJT of how to formulate a SIGINT IN, use the NSRP software application, or create collection strategies
    Familiarity with the National Intelligence Priorities Framework (NIPF), with working knowledge of how the NIPF is structured ad updated, topics and their definitions, and of how priority groupings are developed and implemented
    Familiarity and a working knowledge of the structure of SIGINT Information Needs and the NSRP
    A high level of customer service communication skills to enable collaboration, information sharing, and consensus building
    A working knowledge and experience with a majority of SIGINT customers as enumerated by membership or observer status in SIGCOM
    A working knowledge of how the IC operates as related to analysis, targeting and support to law enforcement
    A working knowledge of the laws and policies that underpin SIGINT collection, analysis and production
    A working knowledge of the major issues the IC is focused on and the major threats to the United States
    Two (2) years of operational expertise in SIGINT within the global SIGINT enterprise working in one or more SIGINT disciplines – COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA (can be cumulative between disciplines)
