    17B Cyber Electromagnetic Warfare Officer Instructor/Writer

    Location: Fort Gordon, GA

    Description:

    Seeking a Cyber Mission Force, 17B Cyber Electromagnetic Warfare Officer Instructor/Writer to support our Cyber team at Fort Gordon, GA.

    This position is contingent upon contract award.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Facilitate the 17B Cyber Electromagnetic Warfare Officer Course on Fort Gordon

    Required Skills:

    Attend and graduate or have previously completed within the last five (5) years, the TRADOC Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC), Foundation Instructor Facilitator's Course (FIFC), or Common Faculty Development Instructor Course (CFD-IC); Faculty Development Program-1 (FDP-1) (as required); and Installation Staff Contractor Training Course (ISCTC) or equivalent (i.e., Cadre Training Course (CTC) or Support Cadre Training Course (SCTC)).

    Knowledge of intelligence, plans, and operations; underpinned by knowledge of Joint/Service specific targeting and planning processes.

    AND

    Demonstrate knowledge of the following: Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (JIPOE), Joint Targeting Cycle (JTC), and the Joint Planning Process (JPP).

    AND

    Experience within the United States Army Maneuver, Fire, Effects, or Intelligence MOS fields (11, 12, 13, 17, 18, 19, 35) or Functional Area 29 or 30 or sister service equivalent specific occupational background (rate AFSC, USMC, MOS), and have served in EW positions as an Officer, Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO), or Warrant Officer (WO)with 24 to 36 months Brigade Combat Team or Division level experience or equivalent element.Have military experience with a CEMA or Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) background.Individual will have achieved the grade of E6 for NCOs, CW2 for Warrant Officers, or O3 for Commissioned Officers.

    AND

    Served in a leadership position at a tactical unit at the company or higher level or equivalent echelon with two or more years of experience.

    OR

    Served as a planner at a Brigade or higher element.

    AND

    Graduated from an NCO Senior Leader Course (SLC) (Enlisted), Captain's Career Course (Officer), or Warrant Officer Advanced Course (or sister service equivalent).

    AND

    Graduate from an approved U.S. Army MOS-producing EW Course (i.e., 17E AIT, 29E2/3, 290A oe 170B WOBC, 29A or 17B EWQC) or Sister Service equivalent.

    AND

    Experience working within the DOD, integrating EW strategies, managing interoperability and coordination of EW systems across different platforms and domains.

    AND

    Experience in manipulating enemy communications, GPS, and other RF-based systems.

    AND

    Knowledge of Joint EW tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and experience with the development of EW plans in a Joint operational setting.

    AND

    Proficient in integrating EW capabilities with traditional kinetic and non-kinetic weapon systems to achieve operational effects in the engagement area.

    AND

    Knowledge of targeting strategies, integration of EW assets with Joint fires (air-to-ground or surface-to -air), and the ability to evaluate and develop kill chains incorporating EW as a force multiplier.

    AND

    Ability to simplify and communicate advanced EW concepts, translating technical jargon into actionable understanding for students who may not have extensive technical background.

    AND

    Two years of experience instructing full-length instructional courses.

    AND

    Possess advanced writing skills to tailor content to different audiences.


    Must possess and maintain the required TS/SCI security clearance
