    GoldenTech Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly professional and reliable Security Access Control Specialist to provide support at a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). The selected candidate will perform access control duties, escort personnel, manage badge creation, and support a range of administrative security functions. This role requires discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to interact professionally with senior-level government and military personnel. Key Responsibilities
    Provide unarmed physical access control at SCIF entrances.
    Maintain security at designated access control points during working hours.
    Process and verify visitor credentials, issue visitor badges, and maintain SCIF visitor logs.
    Enforce SCIF rules and regulations while delivering outstanding customer service to personnel and guests.
    Escort personnel for various activities within the SCIF.
    Assist with administrative security tasks including tracking and maintaining security documentation, policies, and procedures.
    Support the creation of SOPs, standardized forms, and general correspondence.
    Participate in after-hours or emergency support as needed; must understand emergency action protocols.
    Interact with senior government officials, congressional staff, and military personnel in a professional and courteous manner at all times. Qualifications
    Education: High School Diploma required. Experience:
    Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in physical security, access control, or SCIF operations (civilian, military, or federal contractor settings).
    Prior experience with escort procedures in SCI facilities.
    Knowledge of SCIF access protocols, badge reader systems, and GSA security container and lock policies.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
    Ability to meet tight deadlines and support a fast-paced, secure operational environment.
    Knowledge of Intelligence Community security policies and directives preferred. Clearance Requirement
    Must hold an active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. Eventual Q Clearance is required for this contract. Why Join GoldenTech?
