    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking an agile project coordinator to support a large government customer. This person will work with the leadership team as well as the technical leads to drive Agile methodology and adoption across the program.

    Responsibilities include:

    · Coordinate Agile project execution within a SAFe environment, including PI planning, sprint activities, and release coordination

    · Provide Scrum coaching and facilitate Agile ceremonies across cross-functional teams

    · Support infrastructure and software lifecycle configuration management processes

    · Coordinate change management, release tracking, baseline management, and requirement intake activities

    · Collaborate with DevSecOps, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and development teams to support CI/CD and operational delivery

    · Track risks, dependencies, action items, and project deliverables across teams

    · Serve as a liaison between technical teams, configuration management personnel, leadership, and government stakeholders

    · Support documentation, status reporting, and compliance activities within DoD environments

    Compensation:

    $65-$70/hr

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
