    Help the Navy modernize aircraft navigation systems with the latest GPS technologies. Essential Job Functions: • Work independently and as part of a team to evaluate vendor and government led integrations for upgrading GPS navigations systems with the latest multi-frequency technologies. • Review software and hardware requirements, design documentation, test plans, test procedures, and other technical documentation. Required Skills:
    • Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, minimum 8 years of experience, at least 3 years of experience supporting aircraft avionics integrations of GPS navigation systems, preferably into military aircraft.
    • Good written and oral communications. Ability to work efficiently with Microsoft Office products. Ability to work independently and as part of multiple teams. Desired Skills:
    • Familiar with NAVAIR Systems Engineering Technical Review processes. Familiar with Navy acquisition regulations and processes. Master's degree in aeronautical, systems, electrical, or computer engineering.
