    Clearance: Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (ACTIVE ONLY) Position Overview:
    We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Management Consultant to provide support across multiple directorates and organizations, coordinating resources and priorities to meet strategic goals. The role involves facilitating cross-functional collaboration, consolidating program build information, and ensuring alignment with executive-level guidance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic management and the Federal PPBE (Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution) process, with the ability to manage complex initiatives and lead various teams and projects within a strategic management environment. Key Responsibilities:
    - Facilitate coordination of resource strategies across multiple directorates and organizations.
    - Consolidate Program Build information for Executive Principals, RMB, BOD, and external stakeholders.
    - Coordinate and engage appropriate stakeholders to prioritize requirements across directorates and organizations.
    - Contribute to responses for RFIs from ODNI and Congress related to IP resources.
    - Provide support in the PPBE documentation process.
    - Lead meetings, teams, and projects, offering client support focused on strategic management initiatives. Qualifications:
    Level 2 – Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategy management and planning development.
    At least 4 years of combined experience across the following areas: Federal Government Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution; Strategic Management within large organizations; Process definition, deployment, and improvement; Program analysis and evaluation; Facilitation and decision analysis; Legislative processes and Congressional relations.
    A Bachelor's degree is required; if no Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of experience is required. A Master's degree may be substituted for 2 years of experience. Level 3 – Minimum of 12 years of experience in strategy management and planning development.
    At least 8 years of combined experience across the following areas: Federal Government Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution; Strategic Management within large organizations; Process definition, deployment, and improvement; Program analysis and evaluation; Facilitation and decision analysis; Legislative processes and Congressional relations.
    A Bachelor's degree is required; if no Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of experience is required. A Master's degree may be substituted for 2 years of experience. Level 4 – Minimum of 15 years of experience in strategy management and planning development.
    At least 10 years of combined experience across the following areas: Federal Government Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution; Strategic Management within large organizations; Process definition, deployment, and improvement; Program analysis and evaluation; Facilitation and decision analysis; Legislative processes and Congressional relations.
    A Bachelor's degree is required; if no Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of experience is required. A Master's degree may be substituted for 2 years of experience. All Levels: - Experience in the Federal PPBE process or similar portfolio management systems is required.
    - Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders, drive decision-making, and influence outcomes.
    - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to consolidate complex information into clear, actionable deliverables.
