    Job Description

    We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Traffic Control Technicians (Flaggers) to manage and direct traffic in construction zones, roadwork sites, and special events. This role is critical in ensuring the safety of workers, drivers, and pedestrians.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Direct and control vehicle and pedestrian traffic using signs, flags, and hand signals
    • Set up and remove traffic control devices such as cones, barricades, and signage
    • Communicate clearly with team members via radio or hand signals
    • Monitor traffic flow and adjust control methods as needed
    • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
    • Remain alert and responsive to changing road and weather conditions
    Job Requirements
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
    • Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions
    • Strong communication and attention to detail
    • Must be able to follow safety protocols at all times
    • May require early mornings, nights, weekends.

    Employment Type: Full Time

    Pay Rate: Starting at $17.75/HR
    Pay Rate Range: $17.75/HR- $85.00/HR
