Location: Happy Valley & I-17
Pay: $17.00/hour

Position Summary
The Traffic Safety Spotter is responsible for ensuring the safe movement of vehicles and heavy equipment throughout the recycling facility. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and control traffic flow within the facility
- Assist drivers and equipment operators with safe navigation, loading, and unloading
- Provide clear directions using hand signals and communication tools
- Monitor surroundings for potential safety hazards
- Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members using radios and other tools
Requirements / Working Conditions
- No prior experience required training provided
- Ability to stand for the entire shift
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be able to wear required PPE at all times
- Ability to work assigned schedule, including weekends
