As a member of our Security and Event Staff team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, service, and success of venues, special events, and client operations. You will represent TITAN as the frontline connection with guests, staff, and the publicproviding a professional presence, proactive problem-solving, and exceptional customer service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring venues, events, and client facilities.
    • Provide professional guest services, including greeting, wayfinding, and general assistance.
    • Enforce venue and client policies with tact, professionalism, and respect.
    • Identify and respond to potential risks or security concerns proactively.
    • Conduct access control, credential checks, and crowd management as assigned.
    • Monitor and report incidents accurately, completing required documentation.
    • De-escalate conflicts and resolve guest issues in a calm and effective manner.
    • Support event operations, including ticket scanning, bag checks, ushering, and directional support.
    • Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and partner vendors to ensure a cohesive and seamless experience.

    Qualifications

    • Prior experience in security, customer service, or event staffing preferred (training provided).
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to remain calm under pressure.
    • Professional appearance and demeanor; punctual and reliable.
    • Ability to stand, walk, and remain outdoors for extended periods.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedules require.
    • For security positions: Must meet state licensing requirements (where applicable).
    • CPR/First Aid or additional certifications a plus.

    • Must be at least 18 years of age.
    • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
    • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 812 hours).

    • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
    • Valid security license/guard card where required by state law (training/certification available for qualified candidates).
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedules demand.
    • Professional appearance and demeanor; must comply with company grooming and uniform standards.
    • Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure or emergency situations.
    • Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to providing exceptional service.
    • CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain (preferred).
