Flex Security Officer Gatehouse / Patrol

Naples, FL $18.00$20.00 per hour

We are currently hiring professional and dependable Flex Security Officers for Gatehouse and Patrol positions within a residential condominium HOA community in Naples, FL. This position is ideal for experienced security professionals who are flexible, reliable, and comfortable working in a residential environment focused on safety, professionalism, and customer service.

This is a flex officer position requiring open availability to work various shifts, days, and locations based on operational needs. Officers may be assigned to gatehouse duties, patrol responsibilities, or coverage assignments throughout the community.

Responsibilities include monitoring gatehouse access points, verifying residents and visitors, maintaining visitor and vehicle logs, conducting routine walking and vehicle patrols, responding professionally to incidents and concerns, completing activity reports, and helping maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, guests, and vendors.

Candidates must have prior security experience, preferably in condominium HOA, gatehouse, patrol, residential, mobile patrol, or flex security environments. A valid Florida Class D Security License is required. Also, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Strong communication skills, professionalism, reliability, adaptability, and customer service abilities are essential for success in this role.

Applicants should be comfortable working independently, maintaining accurate reports, operating basic computer systems, standing and walking for extended periods, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions as needed.
