Physical Security Officers represent the front line of our security services. In this role Physical Security Officers (PSOs) can expect to be working in demanding and fast paced environments. PSO's may find themselves working in a wide range of areas to include medical centers, government facilities, hospitality venues and public events. The PSO's mission is to protect all people, information and property assigned, while delivering on high end customer service.
Physical Security Monitor the camera system. Implement a scan point tour of the property for tracking the patrols and reporting issues as they arise. Report signs of forced entry, safety issues, and any abnormal activity through the tour system.
Concierge Ensure all guests and vendors sign in when entering the property. Greet and acknowledge all residents, guests, and vendors
Additional Responsibilities
High school Diploma or GED equivalent
Two years of face to face customer service experience
Two years of security experience
Basic computer skills (Email, Microsoft Office, etc.)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient time management skills
Reliable transportation
Excellent de-escalation skills
Proactive problem solving skills
Must be able to obtain state required security officer license
Ability to obtain OCAT, PATH, and PPBT certifications
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background investigation, urinalysis screening and OPS training requirements
Ability to work under stress / pressure
Ability to lift 25lbs
Ability to wear a uniform
