We are currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our team in our Garland, TX office.
Position Overview
As a Service Coordinator/Dispatcher, you will be the front line of our service departmenthandling customer service requests, scheduling technicians, and ensuring smooth communication between our customers and service team.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls and respond to emails from customers requesting service on commercial laundry equipment
- Accurately enter service requests into our dispatching system
- Coordinate and schedule service calls for assigned field technicians
- Communicate with customers regarding service status, technician arrival times, and follow-up needs
- Troubleshoot basic service issues and provide support or escalation as needed
- Monitor technician workloads and adjust scheduling to optimize efficiency
- Ensure all service tickets are completed accurately and closed in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dispatcher, coordinator, or customer service role (preferred in service/repair industry)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced office environment
- Experience with Salesforce or Microsoft Business Central (a plus)
- Positive attitude and a commitment to great customer service
