Summary
Monitors assigned posts and surrounding areas to ensure the safety and security of the facility, employees, guests, clients, and visitors. Responds immediately and appropriately to emergencies, disturbances, medical incidents, alarms, and other situations requiring Public Safety involvement. Assists with crowd management, access control, line control, and enforcement of facility rules, policies, and procedures during events and daily operations. Conducts routine interior and exterior property patrols and identifies potential safety, security, or maintenance concerns. Locks and unlocks facility doors, gates, offices, and operational areas as required by event and building schedules. Maintains awareness of emergency exits, evacuation procedures, fire alarm systems, and facility safety protocols.
