    Job Description Job DescriptionMaintenance of Traffic (MOT) Technician Miami, FLFull-Time | Day & Night Shifts | Overtime Available Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) Technicians are responsible for setting up, maintaining, and removing traffic control devices to ensure safety and compliance with approved MOT plans and FDOT standards. Responsibilities:Install and remove cones, signs, barrels, barricades, and other traffic control devicesSet up work zones per approved MOT plans and safety regulationsDrive company work trucks (e.g., Silverado)Monitor and adjust traffic control setups as neededCommunicate effectively with supervisors and field teamsEnsure compliance with FDOT standards and company safety policies✅ Requirements:Valid U.S. work authorizationClean driving record for the past 3 yearsMinimum 2 years of valid driver's licenseMust agree to undergo and pass a background checkAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditionsEnglish requiredMOT experience (preferred but no limited to)Reliable transportation to report to yard.Pay & Benefits:Starting at $16.00 - $18.00/hour (based on experience)Overtime (OT) availableHoliday PayPaid VacationCompany-paid certifications(MOT & related training)Take-home company truck after probation periodBonus opportunitiesGrowth opportunities within the company
