Product Surveillance Associate Location: Sturtevant, WI Duration: 12-month contract Position Overview The Product Surveillance Associate provides clinical and safety assessments of post-market events. This role is essential for ensuring marketing compliance with global regulations. It requires working with minimal supervision and involves significant interaction with customers, health care professionals, and global teams. Key Responsibilities Complaint processing: Handle product complaint reports received via phone, electronic, or verbal correspondence in accordance with SOPs. Technical support: Provide troubleshooting guidance remotely as needed. Follow-up activities: Conduct follow-ups to ensure timely closure of complaint records. Complaint investigations: Perform product return evaluations, review manufacturing records, and secure necessary approvals for closure. Order processing: Manage product replacement orders, create device service orders, and utilize inventory systems (SAP experience preferred). Quality system compliance: Execute complaint processing activities in line with the Company Quality System. Required Qualifications Education: BS in Physical Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience. Experience: Background in Quality Assurance or other regulated industries. Skills: Strong technical writing and problem-solving abilities. Vision assessment: 20/20 near visual acuity and acceptable color vision required.
