    Fire Damage Specialist Intermediate (Level 3)

    Our client is seeking a motivated Fire Damage Specialist Intermediate (Level 3) to support remediation and restoration efforts for residential and light commercial clients. This hands-on role is ideal for restoration professionals ready to take the next stepbuilding leadership skills while contributing to complex, high-impact fire loss projects.

    In this position, you'll perform industry-standard fire and smoke remediation work while supporting and mentoring entry-level technicians and assisting advanced team members on larger or more complex projects. You'll be a key contributor to jobsite safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

    To qualify:

    • Minimum of 12 months of prior experience as a Fire Damage Specialist (or equivalent industry experience)

    • Direct involvement in 25+ fire damage projects

    Key Responsibilities
    • Follow direction while working efficiently under supervision

    • Coordinate and guide small crews of unskilled labor to ensure productivity and quality outcomes

    • Perform industry-standard fire, smoke, and odor removal techniques

    • Execute structural cleaning and pre-cleaning processes in fire-damaged environments

    • Safely remove debris while protecting unaffected areas of the property

    • Assist with installation and maintenance of containment systems

    • Serve as an on-site resource for basic project questions, escalating issues when appropriate

    • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain clean, serviceable equipment

    • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and professionalism

    • Safeguard client property in accordance with Our Client's quality standards

    • Deliver strong customer service under time-sensitive conditions

    • Work nights, weekends, and travel as required

    • Accurately document labor hours, equipment use, and consumables

    • Participate in company-sponsored safety and operational training

    • Perform dry and wet pre-cleaning under supervision

    • Assist with debris removal, contents manipulation, and containment setup

    • Maintain tools and equipment used in daily operations
