    The Uniformed Unarmed Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for both employees and visitors at our facility in El Paso, TX.     Essential duties include:

    • Report any incidents or irregularities to the appropriate authorities in a timely manner.
    • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations.

    Required skills include strong observational abilities, effective communication skills, conflict resolution skills, and organizational skills. Preferred skills, such as first aid knowledge, will enhance the associate's ability to respond effectively in emergency situations, further contributing to the safety of the facility.

    Qualifications include:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Texas Level 2 Guard Card required.
    • Valid state-issued driver's license.
    • Previous experience in security or law enforcement preferred.
    • Basic first aid and CPR certification preferred.
