Gatehouse / Patrol Security Officer

Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available All Shifts Available | Weekend Availability Required

We are currently hiring professional and dependable Gatehouse / Patrol Security Officers for a residential condominium HOA community in Naples, FL. This position is ideal for experienced security professionals who are comfortable working in a residential environment focused on safety, professionalism, and customer service. Officers in this role will be responsible for both gatehouse operations and mobile or walking patrol responsibilities throughout the property. Officers will serve as a visible security presence while assisting with access control, monitoring community activity, and helping maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, guests, and vendors. Responsibilities include monitoring gatehouse access points, verifying residents and visitors, maintaining visitor and vehicle logs, conducting routine patrols throughout the community, responding professionally to incidents and concerns, completing activity reports, and enforcing community rules and procedures. Candidates must have prior security experience, preferably in condominium HOA, gatehouse, patrol, residential, or mobile security environments. A valid Florida Class D Security License is required. Strong communication skills, professionalism, reliability, and customer service abilities are essential for success in this role. Applicants should be comfortable working independently, maintaining accurate reports, operating basic computer systems, standing and walking for extended periods, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions as needed.
