    Badging Technician

    Location (city, state): Charlotte, NC

    Compensation: $26 - $30 Per Hour

    • Fulfillment, logistics, administrative, or related experience preferred
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Comfortable working with computers, printers, shipping, and data verification

    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States
    Job Description

    The Badging Technician is responsible for managing the production and fulfillment of physical identification badges for assigned sites on a contract basis. This role includes collecting and verifying badge data, operating badge printing equipment, packaging and shipping badges, and providing administrative support as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable handling multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

    Industry: Administrative / Security Support Services

    Work Schedule: Onsite, MondayFriday, standard business hours (32 hours/week)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Collect and verify employee badge information, including photos, names, and access levels
    • Process badge data and prepare badges for shipment
    • Package and ship badges securely to designated locations
    • Operate badge printing and administrative equipment
    • Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors
    • Communicate clearly and effectively regarding badge requests and fulfillment updates
    • Support additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned
