    Job Description

    As a Security Officer Driver Patrol in Princeville, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier resort location, where you will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help discourage incidents, and deliver standout customer service to guests and team members. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. Bring strong communication, professionalism, and integrity while supporting a welcoming environment through teamwork, reliability, and innovation. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $24.40 / Hour Job Schedule:DayTimeTue07:00 PM - 07:00 AMWed07:00 PM - 07:00 AMThur07:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do:
    • Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by following site-specific policies, monitoring access points, and supporting security-related procedures throughout the location.Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, corridors, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, verify credentials when required, and document security-related observations, incidents, and/or daily activity in written reports.Support hotel and resort operations by assisting with directions, wayfinding, and visitor inquiries while maintaining awareness of the surroundings and reporting maintenance, access, and/or security-related concerns. Minimum Requirements:
      • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.A guard card/license is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:
