This position operates within a collaborative, team-oriented environment and is responsible for developing cost estimates, performing financial analysis, and supporting budgeting systems and processes.
The ideal candidate will leverage tools such as RSMeans and other government financial systems to produce accurate, data-driven insights. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to clearly communicate complex financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesDaily ResponsibilitiesThis position is primarily performed in an office environment and requires prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer. The role involves frequent use of hands and arms for typing and operating computer equipment.
Occasional standing, walking, and lifting of up to 15 pounds may be required. The employee must have the ability to communicate effectively and maintain visual acuity for detailed analytical work.
