We are seeking a Human Resources Recruiter who excels in managing the full recruitment cycle and helping attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization. From creating compelling job announcements to guiding hiring managers through the selection process.     Examples of Duties

    IN THIS POSITION, YOU WILL:
    • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, define position requirements, and establish effective recruitment timelines and strategies.
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including preparing and posting job announcements, advertising vacancies, and sourcing qualified candidates through multiple channels.
    • Screen applications, respond to candidate inquiries, coordinate applicant testing and interviews, and support hiring managers with candidate evaluations and selection recommendations.
    • Conduct and coordinate pre-employment processes, including reference checks, background investigations, and preparation of job offers.
    • Represent the organization in recruitment outreach activities such as job fairs, networking events, and other efforts to attract a strong and diverse candidate pool.
    • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including scheduling and co-facilitating new employee orientation, explaining personnel policies and procedures, and processing required employment and payroll documents.
    • Maintain accurate and confidential recruitment, personnel, and HRIS records, ensuring files are complete, secure, and properly retained in accordance with applicable requirements.
    • Develop, revise, and maintain job descriptions, classifications, and related employment records to support effective position management and compliance.
    • Track recruiting activity and hiring outcomes, support workforce planning and retention efforts, and help ensure recruitment and recordkeeping practices comply with town, state, and federal laws and policies.


    Typical Qualification

    REQUIREMENTS:
    • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or Business Administration and a minimum of four (4) years of human resources experience.
    • Possession of a valid Driver's License and ability to pass a pre-employment background screening.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
    • Ability to manage multiple job openings and competing priorities
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting strategies
    • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office


    COMPENSATION:

    The Town's complete compensation package includes salary, benefits, and a high-performance culture. The Town package includes a health, dental, and vision insurance plan, participation in ASRS, optional 457 deferred compensation with a town match up to 6%, vacation, holidays, and additional comprehensive benefits.

    The expected hiring range is $32.59-$34.22.

    The full hourly range is $32.59-$45.62
