Location: Confidential Motel Property - High-Visibility Assignment
Schedule: Full time/Part time
Pay Rate: Starting at $22 /hour

• MUST BE ARMED

• Valid BSIS Guard Card

• Valid BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit

• Power to Arrest Certificate (Required by BSIS)

• Must arrive in full duty gear, including:

  • Duty belt with holster

  • Firearm

  • Flashlight

  • Body armor/vest

We are seeking professional and highly alert Armed Security Guards to provide protection and visibility for a motel property. Guards will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for both guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol interior and exterior of the property regularly

• Deter loitering, trespassing, and criminal activity

• Monitor guest and visitor activity for suspicious behavior

• Maintain a strong and courteous presence at all times

• Respond quickly and professionally to incidents or emergencies

• Complete detailed incident and daily activity reports

• Work closely with motel management and local law enforcement when needed

• Enforce property rules and Code 4 Private Security policies

• Has excellent situational awareness and communication skills

• Remains calm and composed under pressure

• Is punctual, dependable, and professional in appearance and demeanor

• Has previous hotel or high-traffic site experience (preferred but not required)
