    Qualified candidates have graduated from a four-year college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field; ten or more years of progressively responsible professional and managerial experience involving library services, budgeting, and providing community services, including five or more years of supervisory and administrative experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. A Master’s degree in Library Science or Public Administration or a related field is desirable. The annual salary range for the Library Director is $201,192 – 244,551; placement within this range is dependent on qualifications and experience.
