POSITION SUMMARY The Development Services Department's Building Services Division seeks a Senior Building Inspector (or Building Inspector). Join Our Team!!! Leave that is liquidated shall be paid at the employee's rate of pay when the vacation time was earned. Supervisory employees accrue eight hours sick leave for each month worked with no limit on the amount that is accumulated. Additionally, each fiscal year an employee shall have the option of converting a maximum of 40 hours of accrued sick leave days to personal leave, provided the employee has a balance of 96 hours after the conversion.
