Mountain Operations DispatchMountain Operations Dispatch plays a critical role in the coordination and communication of daily operations across Big Sky Resort's mountain departments, including Ski Patrol, Lift Maintenance, Lift Operations, Grooming, and Snowmaking. Working under the direction of the Patrol Director, the dispatcher is often the first point of contact for both emergency and non-emergency calls. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, a calm demeanor under pressure, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
