In this role, you'll safeguard the resort, Westin Mountain Villas, our colleagues, guests, owners, and valuable assets, all while fostering a warm, reassuring presence that elevates every guest's stay.Responsibilities IncludeMaintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests, employees, and property by adhering to all company policies, procedures, and best practices.Conduct garage parking audits and provide helpful assistance with parking needs, lost and found inquiries, and efficient package handling.Keep loading dock and drop-off areas organized, efficient, and visually polished to ensure smooth daily operations.Collaborate closely with other departments to exceed guest expectations, support special initiatives, and contribute to seamless resort operations.Complete all responsibilities with accuracy, urgency, and care—helping ensure a resort experience that feels safe, supportive, and truly memorable for all.What's Hot:$8 employee lunches! They bring previous guest service experience and, ideally, some background in loss prevention. They are physically capable of lifting and maneuvering objects up to 150 lbs and have strong organizational skills to keep operations running smoothly.
