Supporting the intake, tracking, and coordination of scientific clearance actions, the full-time Scientific Clearance Specialist will ensure compliant review workflows for the DGHT division while working in a hybrid remote capacity from Atlanta, GA.Key responsibilitiesMaintain the shared clearance functional mailbox and process incoming submissions for clearance actionsCoordinate reviewer submissions and final approval actions within e-Review systemsManage scientific funding restrictions and coordinate with funding teams on new reviewsRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in public health, health administration, research administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 4 years' experience in clearance or administrative support rolesExperience with Institutional Review Board (IRB) processes and eClearance systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom meeting managementMust be a U.S. citizen eligible for a NACI investigation and fingerprinting for CDC access
