Summary
- Conduct routine patrols throughout the community to ensure safety and security
- Respond to resident requests and concerns via company phone in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach
- Assist residents with deliveries, including transporting packages directly to their door when needed
- Build positive relationships with residents, including frequent interaction with residents
- Monitor property activity and report any unusual or suspicious behavior
- Maintain clear communication with management and team members
- Maintain detailed activity and incident reports for each shift
- Perform wellness checks when requested for residents (as appropriate)
- Assist with coordinating guest/vendor access and ensuring proper authorization
- Provide light concierge-style assistance (directions, basic requests, community info)
- Ensure common areas remain secure and presentable during patrols
- Support emergency response procedures (fire alarms, medical calls, etc.)
- Proactively identify and report maintenance or safety concerns on property
- Strong customer service background required (hospitality, concierge, or similar preferred)
- Professional, polished appearance and demeanor
- Patient, personable, and comfortable working closely with residents
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable and attentive with a high level of accountability
- High level of emotional intelligence and patience, especially when assisting elderly residents
- Strong sense of discretion and professionalism in a private community setting
- Ability to multitask between patrol duties and resident requests
- Comfortable using a company phone or basic reporting systems
- Patrolling community in vehicle and consistent attendance required
- Ability to lift and carry packages (when assisting residents)
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to walk/stand for extended periods
- Background check required
- Safe driving record
- High School Diploma / College Degree Preferred
- $18/hour competitive pay
