The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in immigration law, focusing on business and employment-based immigration.Duties Handle nonimmigrant visas such as H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, and E-2.Manage immigrant petitions including EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, and PERM labor certifications.Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.Communicate effectively with clients and manage cases efficiently.Collaborate with corporate clients, HR teams, and global mobility programs.Address complex Requests for Evidence (RFE) and audit responses.Requirements 3-5 years of experience in immigration law.Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.Experience managing cases with attention to detail and deadlines.Proficiency in legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications Admission to the state bar.Skills Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
