Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.DescriptionThe Systems Analyst will ensure the operational functionality of system releases by focusing on all aspects of system design and engineering/integration. The Systems Analyst will work with STEI stakeholders, development and support teams to develop and integrate secure capabilities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Providing on-site engineering, support, and research of SIGINT/IO/EW/CSO systemsIdentifying, de-conflicting, and orchestrating integration of innovative technology being developed throughout the communitySupporting systems engineering over a broad range of hardware types including RF assemblies, power supplies (AC and DC), FPGAs, digital signal processors, network/server equipment, and embedded architecturesPlaning, testing, and providing technical expertise to the identification of innovative technology within the communityEvaluating vendor capabilities to provide required products and servicesAnalyzing, interpreting, and generating engineering schematics and change noticesPerforming system and performance modelingPerforming root cause analysisDesigning hardware with respect to component/assembly analysis, specification, integration, and testingReviewing RF System/Subsystem analysis and specificationFILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AWARDRequirementsBachelor's degree in an engineering or technical discipline10 years of full-time professional experience in the design, implementation, installation, configuration, maintenance, integration, and deployment of Carry On Equipment systems to also include wireless and wired computer networks and devices such as routers, switches, and firewallsDoD Approved DFARS 252.239-7001 Information Assurance Contractor Training and Certification, minimum IAT Level IIThree years of full-time demonstrated experience with remote Carry On Equipment dataflow configuration and management to include experience with data leveling, data transformation and data ingestion protocols for compliance with national Carry On Equipment enterprise repositoriesThree years of full-time demonstrated experience with engineering Carry On Equipment data configuration and routing methodology to meet mission requirements and post mission delivery to end usersThree years of professional experience in the following skillsets/disciplines:Windows Active Directory Services/Primary Domain Controller (PDC)Windows configuration, administration and deploymentLinux configuration, administration and deploymentVirtual-Machine Deployment, i.e., VMWare/vSphereApache NiFiHardware and software configuration management (e.g. tracking bugs, enhancements, requirements, risks, test results, and tasks)System and Network Security related activities to include design, implementation, configuration and enforcement of security controls on network, hardware, and software components and devicesCertified SYSADMIN in Windows or LinuxDesired SkillsNoneClearance InformationSRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT.
