The successful candidate will be responsible for staying informed on current legislation, managing legal projects, and finding ethical solutions to legal issues. This role requires the ability to work independently, develop litigation strategies, and support internal and external investigations. The ideal candidate will have a Texas bar license, a minimum of 1-5 years' of experience in legal drafting, research, and other relevant areas, and a strong background in healthcare-related legal matters.Applicants for the Associate or Deputy General Counsel position at the company should possess a Texas bar license and have a minimum of 1-5 years' of experience in legal drafting, research, and other relevant areas.
