Our Health And Welfare Benefits Representatives are key to our success by liaising between the administrative office, local unions, contributing employers and participants to educate them regarding plan provisions and changes.
We get it. Employee benefits are complicated. Typically, when someone needs to use their benefits, they are also going through momentous changes. They're dealing with an important health issue. It may be that they are new in their careers and trying to understand what their benefits mean. That's where our Health And Welfare Benefits Representatives help. We see this role as a "trainer" or a "teacher" in helping our participants understand the value of the benefits they rightfully have earned.

Northwest Administrators, Inc. is an industry leader in third-party administration of employee benefits. We administer one of the largest multi-employer pension plans in the country, along with numerous large health and welfare plans.
