Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and urgent situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site leadership and/or emergency services when needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including common areas, entry points, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas, helping to identify unusual activity and/or policy concerns; Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity while maintaining accurate logs, writing detailed incident reports, and communicating relevant updates to management and/or authorized personnel; Support a respectful shelter environment by assisting with de-escalation, observing resident and guest interactions, and reporting maintenance, behavioral, and other security-related issues in accordance with post procedures
