Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, commuters, and/or members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned locations, public access areas, platforms, stations, facilities, buildings, and perimeter areas, noting unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or permitted access when required, and support orderly movement of people through government location procedures.; Assist with crowd management, directional support, and de-escalation during routine operations, service disruptions, emergencies, and/or high-traffic periods.
