Summary About the Role: This position will serve as the government relations administrator on the effort to update the Regional Wastewater Services Plan (RWSP), a new Vision for Clean Water and related codes and policies. This position will serve as the project liaison between the Wastewater Treatment Division, the Metropolitan Water Pollution Abatement Advisory Committee, the King County Council, and the King County Council's Regional Water Quality Committee for the plan update. This position will work closely with the RWSP planning team during the development of the vision and crafting the RWSP update and support regional conversations and adoption of Wastewater Treatment Division's vision, and planning policies. This position will assist with monthly meetings with different committees, coordinate efforts with individual members of various committees of elected officials, and provide expert input to the processes.
