CTI was founded in 1992 by three of the earliest recognized luminaries in coaching – Laura Whitworth, and Karen and Henry Kimsey-House – whose earlier collaboration with Thomas Leonard gave rise to coaching as an industry. To date, more than 35,000 coaches, consultants, managers, and new career explorers have been trained through CTI.
