About Linda Gravett
Dr. Linda Gravett is an industrial psychologist, business advisor, and organizational development consultant who has authored or co-authored books on business ethics; Emotional Intelligence; entrepreneurship; generational differences; and leadership. She has guided organizations for 25 years in their efforts to foster a workplace of learning agility and innovation. Dr. Caldwell is Adjunct Professor of Human Resources at Lourdes University and co-author with Dr. Gravett of a second book published in 2009, Using Your Emotional Intelligence to Develop Others.
